    Cold Forming Racks: Zobor is pioneer in this sector in Brazil and has a large experience in manufacturing and resharpen all kinds of racks with rigid quality patterns to produce accurate contour. We produce the racks according to our own development or according to the client´s specification.

      In case you need a quotation or want to order any product, please give us the following information:

      - rack size or its details;
      - rack length;
      - rack width;
      - opening of the machine Roto-Flo;
      - material and resistance of the product to be worked;
      - the rack’s draw*;
      - the product’s draw*;

    Automatic Head to Rolling (Rolometric) and Cutting (Devimetric) thread: Pioneer in this sector, Zobor makes automatic head to rolling thread through circular rolls and cutting by dies. There ar many different kinds os machine roll thread with different size which can work on universal lathe, revolver lathe, automatic lathe or drill.

      - automatic head type ( rolometric or devimetric;
      - product material that will be worked on;
      - the draw of the piece thread*;

    Dies: Zobor makes dies to the whole range of automatic head to cutting thread according to our own development or the client´s.

    Taps: Zobor´s taps are made following specifications of norm DIN, ANSI and ISO or of client. They can be: manual, machine, nut and with internal refrigeration. Made of HSS, HSSCo and HSSCoPM. They can be White or VAP and covered with TiN, TiCN, TiNAl and Nitrade.

      - type of the tap (staight fluted, helicoid fluted, helicoids pointed;

    Cold Forming Taps: Zobor also manufactures this range of taps. Made of HSS, HSSCo and HSSCoPM. They can be covered with TiN, TiCN and TiNAl.
