To send bulk SMS, you will need:
- Connect your HubSpot account on the NA5 platform;
- Connect your Twilio account to the NA5 Platform;
- Create a Twilio Messaging Service, which will generate a Messaging Service Sid;
- Include the Twilio Messaging Service Sid in the configurations of the NA5 platform;
- Create a workflow in HubSpot and include the action "Send bulk SMS" from NA5 and inform the bulk SMS message you want to send.
Increase the bulk SMS speed:
- To increase the broadcast speed, we recommend filtering in the workflow trigger only contacts that contain a phone.
- The number of characters in the message can influence Twilio throughput and billing. Read more
